What is metabolism?

When it comes to fitness, the word metabolism cannot be ignored. metabolism is based on the digestion of the food you eat. That is, depending on how many calories are burned after digestion of the food you eat, it is said that high calorie burns is high metabolism and low calorie burns is low metabolism.

Slow Metabolism is the process by which calories are burned more slowly during digestion. When burned in this way, all the calories except the calories required by the body for energy are converted into fat and stay in the body. This will keep you gaining weight. Weight gain caused by fat can lead to low metabolism. So boosting metabolism is very important if you want to lose weight.

Therefore, the calories needed for fat formation increase metabolism, when used for muscle growth. This is how, for example, 1 kg of fat in your body needs 10 calories to form, but 1 kg of muscle needs 100 calories to form.
